2) Days/Times you are available for sessions with preferred date/time

 

3) Phone number to call you if none of those days/times are available

 

4) If for any reason you do not hear from us within 24 hours (excluding Sundays, holidays and days Jenifer is teaching), please follow-up with a phone call to 610-213-1010 as at times e-mails can be lost and you are very important to us! 

For emergency sessions, please call and leave a message on our voicemail at 610-213-1010.
