To Schedule Your First Session with Jenifer Shapiro, please complete the following information.

 

PLEASE NOTE:  I AM CURRENTLY TAKING ON NEW PHONE CLIENTS ONLY UNTIL JANUARY 2012 EXCEPT WHEN TRAVELING.  SEE MY TRAVEL SCHEDULE (to left).

 

After you have completed the information, you will receive an e-mail from either myself or my assistant Beth with options for scheduling.  Please respond as quickly as possible as we offer availability first come first serve to ensure all receive the same level of service and we want you to receive the days/times that work best for you without having to wait too long for an appointment. 

 

Please note, to keep the energy clear, I do require prepayment for first sessions once we have confirmed a schedule.  Cost information for sessions is online here.

FOR YOUR FIRST IN-PERSON SESSION:  All first sessions are 1.5 hours (except for integrative homeopathic consultations and out of town clients which may be 2 hours if necessary).

Once you are scheduled, you will receive a new client e-mail with information and preparation instructions for your first session.

*Please note that while we do not submit to insurance companies, we are more than happy to offer you a receipt to submit.  It's best to check with your insurance company first if this is of concern for you.
