RECIPE FOR WHEAT FREE, VEGAN ALMOND COOKIES!
I LOVE almond cookies. I kept trying to find a recipe for one's without wheat so I decided to combine a few and this has quickly become a favorite. Enjoy!
PS - These are technically sugar free but the maple syrup or sucanat to the immune system is still sugar so I didn't feel right saying sugar free too.
Ingredients
Wet ingredients
Dry ingredients
2 3/4 cups (10 ounces) unblanched almond flour
Instructions
Mix together all of the wet ingredients in a large bowl.
Then add all of the dry ingredients.
Chill the dough for 2 hours in the refridgerator.
Roll dough to about 1/4 inch or a little thicker. If you haven't done this before the easiest way is to put the dough between two pieces of wax paper and roll.
Let them cool and enjoy!
