Practice for Connecting to Your Heart Find yourself a comfortable space where you won't be bothered for at least 15 minutes.
Sit comfortably with your spine erect and relaxed.
Begin to breath in through your nose and out through your mouth.
As you breathe in, imagine a golden light streaming in with the breath, brightening your heart and invigorating every cell of your body.
As the breath deepens, let the golden light start to flow out on the exhale, taking with it any toxins or unhealthy thoughts/feelings and allow the golden light to invigorate on inhale, release on exhale.
When you feel invigorated, let the light flow out with the exhale. (Unless you feel better keeping some a while - just don't house gold light in your heart, it can get energetically taxing. Hold it in your hand if you wish to for a while.)
Now place your hands on your heart and say inwardly: 'I call in light, love and harmony into my life and interactions.'
Say this inwardly 3-4 times and feel your energy shift.
