In this program you will learn the following:
Week 1: The Decision to Create a Holistic Business and Business Structure
Learn about how to decide if you want to begin a holistic business, the questions to ask yourself and understand the commitment necessary. You will also learn about different options for your business structure, and how to find the resources you need to create a solid holistic business.
Week 2: Creating Your Vision
Visioning your business is the key to any successful business, especially a holistic one. Learn proven strategies for creating and manifesting your holistic vision. Integrative alternative and proven business methods will be drawn upon.
Week 3: Creating Your Mission Statements
Your mission is what will drive you to complete all that you need to in manifesting a solid, sustainable business. We will work through a step by step method for creating your mission statements and solidifying your inner platform of resilience for creating your business.
Week 4: Understanding Your Clients
The next step now that you have manifested your business structure and vision/mission is to take a look at your clients. It is critical in any business to walk through a client assessment process as we will do effectively in this course.
Week 5: Being an Entrepreneur
This course will be a primer for new and seasoned entrepreneurs to look at what it is to be an entrepreneur and how to be an effective one who works with strong values and integrity. We will also explore the phases of entrepreneurship to prepare you for running an effective business and preparing you for how an entrepreneur should and does work most efficiently.
Week 6: Being a Holistic Entrepreneur
A holistic entrepreneur differs in two key points which we will discuss and master in this segment. Integrating these holistic and mastery skills will prepare you and take you a step up faster and easier. This course also utilizes proven tools for keeping yourself emotionally centered and clear during your creation process.
Week 7: Strategies and Boundaries in Working with Clients
Once you are clear on your client goals, you can look at how you wish to work with your clients, and how you don't. This week will help you to structure your interaction with clients, your marketing programs and your personal schedule to most effectively use your skills to attract and keep your best clients.
Week 8: Inner and Outer Sustainability in Holistic Entrepreneurship
Inner sustainability is critical for any business. Inner sustainability means creating a clear foundation for yourself and your business so that you remain in the driver's seat without missing the clear messages from your clients and your business itself when there is a need to change or re-strategize to keep your business moving forward financially and as your vision and/or re-vision dictates.
Outer sustainability looks at the impact your business has in the larger picture and how to have the greatest impact you can in a healthy, sustainable format. This is a powerful note to complete the program on that will offer you creative energy to continue after the program is completed.
Note: There will be work to do between classes in a structured, clear format to get you and your business moving quickly and effectively to the next level and ensure you are prepared and ready to move forward each week.
For Certification:
Each participant that wishes to receive certification will have a weekly assignment to hand in that covers the topics from that week in a clear and critical manner. At the end of the program, there will be an additional question and answer assignment geared to offer you an additional document as a foundation for your business. Anyone creating a new business who wants a solid, proven step-by-step program to get them to the next level.
Is this program only for those in the holistic field?
No, this program is for anyone interested in utilizing proven business, coaching and holistic methods for creating their business. I believe in the methods of Florence Scovel-Shinn, Napoleon Hill and others who teach us how to manifest what we want and those methods will be infused in this program.
What is Certification?
Certification is an option for those interested.
To be certified as a holistic business means that you have stepped through this program and meet certain ethical and business criteria to be able to call yourself holistic either in methods, beliefs and or business structure. To submit for certification, you will submit the exercises each week and complete a final two to three page write-up to be submitted at the end of the program (you will have 2 weeks to complete this).
What background does Jenifer Shapiro have?
Jenifer holds an MBA in International Business/ Marketing and a BA in Philosophy and Business from NYU. She is professionally trained/certified in over 15 holistic methods including coaching, bodywork methods, energy work methods, shamanism, nutrition, homeopathy, and more. She has worked with clients since 1990 and has helped holistic business create their business, market themselves and develop their unique offerings for over 10 years and now brings her unique and powerful methods to entrepreneurs all over the world through her online and in-person trainings.
