Learning and Growing Through Change

Free Tele-Seminar Wednesday, January 7th from 7-8pm

The past few years have seen a lot of change for many families and individuals. If we focus on the media, we can lose ourselves and our stability to face the change in the world through the constant struggles shown on television, the web and print publications. How do we come home to ourselves, our beliefs and our values when the world seems amiss? How do we deal with uncertainty together and separately and how do we remain present to daily life and all it’s gifts when those around us are deep in despair?

This telecourse is an offering to provide you with strength and clarity in times of change. Jenifer will offer ideas and solid practices to help you stay grounded and even, yes, at times optimistic while being real and human at the same time. This isn’t about ‘positive-thinking’ that masks the problems at hand with flighty and often unfocused clinging to affirmations that lead us no-where, we need stronger practices for today’s world.

This telecourse goes to those deeper places with focus, clarity and compassion.
