The Beauty of Sun and Allergy Assistance
Fatigue Breathing difficulties Mood changes, especially irritability Constipation or diarrhea And vision changes
Here are some options for helping yourself out with allergy season:
- Drink plenty of water. This helps the body flush out the pollen and other allergic agents. - Limit coffee and caffeine. Coffee depletes the adrenals which are needed to deal with allergic reactions and sustain energy. If you are a coffee drinker, you may want to add a b-complex (I prefer Solaray) or several glasses of water with lemon in it to counter the depletions. One thing to think about, if you start the day with coffee, try not drinking it until after lunch to give your system a few hours to get used to the day. - Limit sugar. Think of this, sugar in various ways causes the mucous membranes to shift enough that for some they enlarge. Then when allergies come in which also enlarge the mucous membranes, the sugar exacerbates the result tenfold or more. And honey is not a good substitute as it still makes out like sugar in most systems. Eat clean if you have allergies and you’ll feel better. - Holistic methods that help with allergies include homeopathics, NLP, herbal remedies, energy medicine and yoga. - Place a cool compress on itchy eyes and let the water evaporate instead of itching them. It will help the allergy agents release without aggravating the situation. - Strengthen your immune system with good food, healthy rest (not too much or too little) and a clean environment.
Allergies can be eliminated. Trust yourself to know what works for you.
